Engholm Husky is the most distinctive small lodge in Finnmark. Sven Engholm — an 11-time Finnmarksløpet finisher — hand-built every cabin on the property from local birch and reindeer antler, and the on-site kennel of 70+ Alaskan huskies powers the multi-day dog-sledding trips that are the lodge's main product. The location 200 km inland from Alta means materially clearer skies than the coast.

What to expect
